Hi Folks,

Cosmos Health Inc. (Nasdaq: COSM) is on our watchlist, and deserves attention right now.

Cosmos Health is a global healthcare company operating across pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, healthcare distribution, manufacturing, research and development and other healthcare products and services.

Cosmos Health Inc. (Nasdaq: COSM) just laid out some pretty aggressive growth numbers in a new shareholder letter from CEO Greg Siokas.

More than $60M in annualized revenue from one division.

That's the run rate CosmoFarm, the company's pharmacy distribution business, reported after generating more than $15M in second-quarter revenue.

Now consider this.

At the time of the announcement, COSM's entire market capitalization was approximately $35M.

That's quite a contrast. And it gives you a reason to look more closely at what this company is building.

A Path Toward $100M

CosmoFarm now serves approximately 360 pharmacies daily across a network of more than 1,500.

The division added over 80 pharmacy customers in Q2 alone.

And management says its existing infrastructure can support another $40M in annual revenue capacity, providing a potential pathway toward a $100M annualized run rate.

Cosmos Health (Nasdaq: COSM) has wall street analysts bullish on multiple catalysts.

A $1.40 Analyst Target

Noble Capital Markets initiates equity research coverage on COSM with outperform rating and $1.40 price target, representing an increase of +438% in upside potential.

A $4.50 Analyst Target

Zacks Small-Cap Research just reiterated its coverage of COSM with a $4.50 price target, this represents an increase of +1,639% in upside potential.

The research points to the company's revenue growth, proprietary brands and expanding healthcare operations.

And the broader business has been growing.

First-half 2026 revenue reached $36.91M, up 29.7% year over year.

Management also projected more than $90M in full-year revenue.

Meanwhile, Cosmos retired an $8M convertible note ahead of maturity, eliminating that particular source of potential dilution.

There's More Behind the Numbers

The company's manufacturing subsidiary, Cana Laboratories, has also reported a record 32.7 mill-unit orderbook.

That's another part of the business I'll be watching, particularly as Cosmos works to expand its higher-margin operations.

What interests me about COSM isn't any one announcement.

It's the size of the existing revenue business relative to the company's market value at the time, combined with management's plans for further expansion.

Of course, a low market capitalization relative to revenue doesn't automatically make a stock undervalued. Margins, debt, cash flow and dilution all matter.

But with the reported revenue growth, the pharmacy expansion and the analyst's bullish outlook, I think COSM deserves a place on your watchlist.

I am urging all of my members to add COSM to the top of your watch list.

To Your Success,

Kevin Vander
