Hi Folks,

ZenaTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZENA) announced today that management is targeting adjusted EBITDA breakeven in 2027 following 425% first-half revenue growth.

And the growth may not be slowing down.

ZenaTech now estimates third-quarter revenue of C$13.4M to C$14.8M, which would represent another 44% to 59% increase from Q2.

That's a substantial move in a single quarter.

And it comes as management begins looking toward a new financial milestone: adjusted EBITDA breakeven in 2027.

The Growth Is Carrying Into Q3

I've been watching ZENA because of the pace at which its Drone-as-a-Service business has been expanding.

The latest numbers give us another reason to keep watching.

First-half revenue reached C$17.73M, up 425% year over year.

DaaS alone contributed C$16.44M, accounting for roughly 93% of first-half revenue.

And here's a number that really puts the growth into perspective.

ZenaTech generated more revenue in the first half of 2026 than it did during all of 2025.

Now management's preliminary Q3 numbers suggest that momentum is carrying forward.

At the high end of its range, ZENA is estimating C$14.8M in Q3 revenue.

That's potentially 59% sequential growth in a single quarter.

Now Management Is Looking Toward Breakeven

This is where the story gets more interesting to me.

Management is targeting 2027 as a potential year for adjusted EBITDA breakeven, supported by continued revenue growth, expansion of DaaS and anticipated operating efficiencies.

At the same time, the company intends to maintain flexibility to pursue opportunities across acquisitions, defense technologies, international expansion and emerging commercial markets.

In other words, ZenaTech is focused on scaling the business while management works toward improved operating performance.

For a company growing this quickly, that's worth paying attention to.

The Numbers Are Building

Look at what's developing:

425% first-half revenue growth.

316% Q2 revenue growth.

44%–59% estimated sequential Q3 growth.

And now a 2027 adjusted EBITDA breakeven target.

The revenue trajectory continues to move higher, and Drone-as-a-Service has become a significant part of ZenaTech's business.

With preliminary Q3 numbers pointing to another substantial sequential increase, ZENA remains firmly on my radar.

To Your Success,
